Founded in 2000, since inception eResearch has written research reports on more than 400 companies.

We are not affiliated with or owned by any financial institution, investment banker, brokerage firm, or investor-related organization. We are a private firm, 100%-owned by employees and private investors.

The italicized “e” in eResearch has two connotations: equity and electronic. “Equity” because our mandate is providing equity research to the market. “Electronic” because that equity research is distributed electronically.

eResearch complies with the Best Practices Guidelines Governing Analyst/Corporate Issuer Relations as promulgated by the CFA Institute’s Centre for Financial Market Integrity and the National Investor Relations Institute. These two organizations developed standards to promote integrity, objectivity, co-operations, and good channels of communication between security analysts and the corporate issuers that they cover.

For investors, we identify under-valued, under-covered, and over-looked companies, many of whose shares have substantial capital appreciation potential. Once we secure an assignment, we provide Annual Continuous Coverage on the company and issue an Initiating Report, an Update Report, Analyst Commentaries, and written and video Bulletins. Our goal is to keep you informed and up-to-date.

For issuers, we seek to provide maximum exposure in the marketplace through our extensive electronic distribution network. We are also able to provide introductions to investor relations firms, investor presentation hosts, and investment bankers/underwriters. Our video interview puts a face to a name and allows investors an opportunity to assess management “up close and personal”.
